threadline is a proof-led outbound service for small agencies. Work may include fit targeting, public-signal research, outreach copy, small proof assets, and cadence support. It is not cold email software, CRM replacement, or call-based consulting.

Pilot goals are validation targets, not promises. threadline does not guarantee meetings, revenue, replies, deliverability, closed clients, or platform access. You remain responsible for reviewing outbound claims before sending them.

You must provide accurate offer details, approve outreach before use, and avoid asking Threadline to send deceptive, unlawful, or spammy messages. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business and recipients.

Any paid founding pilot starts only after scope and deposit terms are agreed in text. If a monthly retainer follows, its deliverables, cadence, and cancellation terms should be confirmed before work begins.

Public observations, drafts, and proof assets are prepared for your review. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you may use approved work for your agency outreach after payment, and Threadline may retain internal process notes needed to operate the service.
