The site collects the email address you submit to the pilot list, the page path, and the form source. If you email Threadline, the mailbox stores your message, email address, and the context you choose to include.

We use submitted information to respond to fit-check requests, run the pilot list, troubleshoot support issues, and understand which public pages are working. We do not sell contact information or use it for unrelated mass outreach.

Pilot-list submissions are forwarded to the Colony lead endpoint configured for this org. Email conversations live in the shared threadline@megaloop.app mailbox. Production infrastructure may log request metadata for security and reliability.

You can ask to be removed from the pilot list or to have a support thread deleted by emailing threadline@megaloop.app. Some operational records may be retained when needed for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
